Veritas Education is recruiting on behalf of welcoming and well-established nursery settings across the LS2, LS6 and LS7 areas of Leeds. We are looking for passionate and dedicated practitioners to join their teams on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, full-time work with the potential to become a permanent member of the nursery team. The nurseries are committed to providing high-quality care and education and are looking for practitioners who are enthusiastic about supporting children during their early years.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
\n
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can thrive
\n
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
\n
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
\n
• Complete observations and support children's learning journeys
\n
• Work collaboratively with a friendly and supportive nursery team
\n
• Follow EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery policies at all times
\n

\n
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)
\n
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
\n
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
\n
• Good communication and teamwork skills
\n
• A sound understanding of the EYFS framework
\n
• A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop
\n
