Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Benefits Permanent | Full Time

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Premium Processing Technician to join a growing operations team. This role will act as the senior technical point of contact for premium processing, providing guidance to a team of junior technicians while ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of Lloyd's market business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high technical standards, resolving processing queries and supporting the continued development of the premium processing function.

Key Responsibilities

Process premium transactions accurately across Lloyd's and Company Market business.

Prepare and submit LPANs, APSs, RPs and other London Market documentation.

Handle Xchanging (XIS/Velonetic) submissions, including bordereaux processing.

Process binder and delegated authority submissions.

Resolve technical processing queries from brokers, insurers and internal stakeholders.

Ensure all processing is completed in line with Lloyd's market procedures and internal controls.

Act as a technical mentor and escalation point for junior members of the premium processing team.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational efficiency.

About You

Around 5+ years' experience in a Lloyd's Market premium processing role.

Strong working knowledge of Xchanging/XIS processes.

Hands-on experience with LPANs, APSs, RPs, binder submissions and bordereaux.

Excellent understanding of London Market premium processing procedures.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing less experienced colleagues.

Proactive, organised and able to work independently within a collaborative team.
