Job Description
Responsibilities
\nThe following are typically the key tasks that would be expected of the role:
\n- \n
- Execution of calibrations as per site schedule and site procedures. \n
- Execution of scheduled and unscheduled work orders, where appropriate, as per site schedule and site procedures. \n
- Troubleshoot problems with instrumentation as necessary and as directed by site supervisors. \n
- Carry out Risk Assessment of instrumentation calibration steps and ensure these are always kept valid. \n
- Enter calibration certs onto the site Computerized Calibration Management System if applicable, as directed by the Site Instrumentation Manager. \n
- Maintain all documentation in an organised and controlled manner in compliance with GMP and FDA \n
- Work with operation teams as required facilitating calibration activities \n
- Carry out calibrations in a safe and timely manner \n
- Carry out corrective/reactive maintenance on Instrumentation as requested \n
- Support continuous improvement and promote quality and customer service \n
- Report work carried out in compliance with site-based reporting tools \n
- To be available and to undertake any site required training \n
- Update “PM” schedule as required \n
- Update site system database as required \n
- Manage and prioritize workload to ensure that assigned activities are completed effectively and on time \n
Qualifications
\nA good knowledge of Calibration Systems and Automation/Controls system. Literacy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc. They will also possess excellent Communication / Documentation and Interpersonal skills additionally, crucial qualifications include strong organisational and time management skills, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a customer-centric mindset.
