\nJob Title: Partnership Executive
\nEmployment Type: Full time
\nWorking Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 Am to 5 Pm)
\nLocation: On-Site, London Harbour Exchange, UK
\nSalary Range: £32,000- £38,000 Per Annum.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing
\n- \n
- Coordinating partner-facing activity: scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up on actions from partnership meetings and governance forums. \n
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready records across partnership agreements, correspondence, and compliance documentation. \n
- Preparing materials for partner meetings, proposals, and due diligence exercises. \n
- Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for partner queries, escalating where senior judgement is needed. \n
- Tracking progress against partnership milestones and flagging risks or delays proactively. \n
- Supporting the development of new partnership proposals across the Group. \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong instinct for accuracy in written and documentary work. \n
- Confident, professional communication, comfortable corresponding with senior external stakeholders. \n
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple relationships and deadlines at once. \n
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information. \n
- Proactive, with good judgement about what to resolve and what to escalate. \n
- Experience in partnerships, account management, coordination, or higher education administration is an advantage, though not essential if the above rings true. \n
