We are working with a leading main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects who are looking to hire an Assistant Building Services Manager on a flagship commercial office development in Central London.

The successful candidate will be supporting one of the Senior Managers on a Commercial Office in Central London.

\n


\n

Responsibilities for Assistant Building Services Manager:

\n
    \n
  • Support the Senior Technical Services Manager with the coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health services from pre-construction through to completion
  • \n
  • Assist with reviewing MEP design information and identifying coordination, buildability and value engineering opportunities
  • \n
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and specialist suppliers to support programme delivery
  • \n
  • Monitor the quality of MEP installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards
  • \n
  • Support technical reviews, RFIs and design development throughout the construction process
  • \n
  • Assist with planning, sequencing and monitoring the progress of building services installations
  • \n
  • Coordinate interfaces between MEP trades and the wider construction team
  • \n
  • Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities
  • \n
