The Role

\n
• Deliver engaging Maths lessons across Functional Skills and GCSE Maths (and potentially Level 3)
\n
• Support learners in developing numeracy, problem-solving, and exam techniques
\n
• Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching sessions
\n
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
\n
• Support students with coursework, revision, and exam preparation
\n
• Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
\n

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

\n
• Experience teaching or tutoring Maths (FE, secondary, or adult education)
\n
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Ability to engage and motivate post-16 learners
\n
• Flexible, professional, and reliable approach
\n

Desirable:

\n
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DET)
\n
• Experience working within Further Education
\n
• Experience delivering GCSE Maths and/or Functional Skills Maths
\n
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
\n
