We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire that is looking to strengthen its Corporate team with the appointment of a Corporate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing commercial practice known for delivering high-quality work and outstanding client service across a broad range of sectors

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Partners and a strong wider commercial team, advising an impressive client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and entrepreneurs

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of corporate matters, including:

'14;️ Mergers & acquisitions

'14;️ Share and asset sales/purchases

'14;️ Shareholder agreements

'14;️ Company restructures

'14;️ Joint ventures

'14;️ General corporate advisory work

'14;️ Commercial agreements (desirable but not essential)

The Candidate

'05; Are a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE

'05; Have solid experience in corporate transactional work

'05; Possess strong technical and drafting skills

'05; Are commercially minded and client-focused
