*Job Type*: Full-time, Permanent*Pay*: £13.45 per hour*Work Location*: Chorley- Northwest (site-based work)Benefits* Company pension* Company events* Health & wellbeing programmeLicence/Certification* CSCS Card (required)We are looking for an experienced Soft Landscaping Operative to join our growing team working on commercial landscaping and large-scale landscaping projects across the Northwest.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to be part of a team delivering high-quality soft landscaping including turfing, planting, and site finishing.You will be working with an award-winning landscaping company delivering high-end landscaping projects.*Landscaping Operative Responsibilities*As a Soft Landscaping Operative, you will be part of a team delivering professional commercial landscaping and soft landscaping projects._Key duties include:_* Carry out hands-on landscaping duties including turfing, planting, pruning, hedge cutting, mulching, and final site finishing to a high standard.* Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working and supporting productivity on site.* Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, including ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.*Landscaping Team Leader Requirements*_Essential_* Eexperience in landscaping or soft landscaping* CSCS Card_Desirable_* Full UK Driving Licence*What We Offer*_We believe great landscaping projects are built by great teams.
