Class 1 Driver in Bedford

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well-established client based in Bedford.

The role includes deliveries to stores across the UK, with an average of 2–3 drops of caged goods, plus some collections.

Rates of Pay: PAYE.\n

Day rate £17.96 p/h between 06:00-13:59 (from 14:00 afternoon rate applies).\n

Overtime after 45 hours £24.88 p/h\n

\n

\n

Afternoon rate £20.30 p/h between 14:00-21:59 (from 22:00 night rate applies).\n

Overtime after 45 hours £27.22 p/h\n

\n

\n

Night rate £21.66 p/h between 22:00-05:59 (from 06:00 day rate applies).\n

Overtime after 45 hours £28.58 p/h\n

Requirements

  HGV Class 1 driving entitlement (Category CE)

• \n

  Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience

  Refrigerator unit experience preferred

\n
• \n

  Valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card

\n
• \n

  No more than 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
