The Role\n

As a SEN Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative lesson presentations.
\n
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and professionals to maintain high educational standards.
\n
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing regular feedback to all stakeholders.
\n
• Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning.
\n
• Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment for all students.
\n
• Adhering to school policies and procedures in alignment with our core values.

Requirements\n

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
\n
• Successful experience in SEN teaching.
\n
• A solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
\n
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the success of every pupil.
\n
