Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, ideally 3+ years.
\n Strong experience with HRSD module, including HR services, case management, COEs, and employee life cycle processes.
\n Solid knowledge of ServiceNow core components: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions/UI Policies, Flow Designer & Legacy workflows, ACLs, notifications, reports and dashboards.
\n Test automation experience with ServiceNow ATF, including designing, maintaining, and executing automated tests.
\n Proficiency in JavaScript; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
\n Experience working in agile delivery teams.
