Sanderson are currently supporting a leading financial services brand to identify a HR Advisor/Administrator to join a busy HR Advisory team on a short term contract. This is a fast paced, admin focused role supporting a team of HR Advisors during a period of high hiring activity.

Key responsibilities:

\n
• Preparing and issuing offer documentation to new starters
\n
• Updating and maintaining employee records on the HR system (Oracle)
\n
• Supporting candidates through pre employment screening and onboarding checks
\n
• Liaising with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues
\n
• Assisting with ad hoc HR administration tasks
\n
• Supporting system testing activities where required
\n

About you:

\n
• Previous HR administration experience is essential
\n
• Comfortable speaking with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Confident using HR systems and technology
\n
• Oracle experience would be advantageous
\n
• Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards
\n
