KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectorsJob Title: Financial Services Assessor Trainer (Mortgage Advice) Location: Hybrid Role (Home / field based) - Must be flexible with travelSalary: £31,000 - £35,000Type: Full-time, PermanentAs a result of continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Assessor, specialising in the delivery of their Mortgage, Financial Services and Business qualifications.Duties:\n

\n
• Assess and coach Apprentices who are undertaking Apprenticeships in Financial Services Level 2, Senior Financial Services Level 3 and Mortgage Advisor Level 3.
\n
• Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
\n
• Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
\n
• Delivering both remotely and face to face
\n
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
\n
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
\n
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
\n
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
\n

Essential Criteria:\n

\n
• Must have solid occupational experience within Mortgage Advice.
\n
• Must hold a Level 3 Financial Services qualification (or equivalent) e.g., CeMAP; CertRDB or equivalent
\n
• Must hold a recognised Assessor award OR Level 3 Teaching qualification (or equivalent).
\n
• Experience of delivering internal workplace training to colleagues, is highly desirable.
\n
• Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills to learners.
\n
• Excellent IT skills and confident with the use of IT and online systems.
\n
• Full, clean driving licence, and use of a vehicle (Must be flexible with travel, as and when required).
