MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT | PE-BACKED TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS

Worcestershire | Hybrid – minimum 2 days in the office

We Do Group are recruiting a Management Accountant for a fast-paced, private equity-backed technology business.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant who wants to take real ownership of the numbers while gaining broader exposure across FP&A, senior leadership and people management.

Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you’ll own the end-to-end management accounts process, work closely with the Finance Director and wider business, and manage and develop one team member.

What will you be doing?

• Own the end-to-end production of monthly and consolidated management accounts
\n
• Produce Board and Executive reporting packs
\n
• Deliver insightful P&L, sales, customer and R&D reporting
\n
• Support budgeting and forecasting
\n
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business
\n
• Drive improvements across reporting, processes, controls and automation
\n
• Manage, coach and develop one direct report
\n

What are we looking for?

Part-qualified, finalist or actively studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA

Strong management accounting and month-end experience

Advanced Excel skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience developing others, or the ambition to step into people management

Proactive, hands-on and motivated by continuous improvement

SaaS/technology experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential
