\n - Gather and document requirements across Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
\n - Facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications.
\n - Conduct fit-gap analysis against Oracle Retail best practice and OOTB functionality.
\n - Work with Oracle architects and delivery teams to validate solution design.
\n - Support testing, UAT, cutover and business readiness activities.
