\nAt Terberg DTS, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be the go-to expert for our service teams and customers. You'll play a key role in supporting engineers across the business, delivering technical guidance, developing talent, and helping resolve the most challenging faults on industry-leading specialist vehicles and equipment.

What You'll Be Doing\n- \n
- Providing expert technical support and guidance to Mobile Service Engineers and service teams. \n
- Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. \n
- Supporting engineers through fault-finding and escalation processes. \n
- Delivering technical training and coaching to develop engineering capability across the business. \n
- Assisting with customer technical queries and helping resolve escalated issues. \n
- Carrying out specialist engine, electrical, and diagnostic work when required. \n
- Using advanced diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and testing equipment to identify effective solutions. \n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects. \n
- Maintaining accurate technical records and documentation. \n
- Promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and customer service. \n
- \n
- City & Guilds Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent). \n
- Extensive experience in vehicle diagnostics and fault finding, particularly auto-electrical systems. \n
- Experience working on HGVs, specialist vehicles, plant machinery, or similar equipment. \n
- Strong knowledge of modern diagnostic systems and repair techniques. \n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. \n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. \n
- The ability to work independently and support others effectively. \n
- Full UK Driving Licence. \n

- Knowledge of Terberg vehicles and equipment. \n
- Experience delivering technical training or mentoring engineers. \n
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance best practices. \n
- Knowledge of road traffic regulations and industry compliance requirements. \n
