Urbana is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior / Principal Planner to join the team.

We want someone who can take ownership of projects, give clear and commercially grounded advice, build strong client relationships and help shape how the business develops.
\n
\n
You’ll work across a genuinely varied mix of projects, from major brownfield regeneration, to strategic land, to futures and advanced manufacturing.
\n
\n
We’re looking for someone at Senior or Principal level who is confident, ambitious and pragmatic, with strong planning judgement and the ability to get things moving.
\n
\n
The role will be based in Sheffield HQ with hybrid working (office 3 days a week).
