Employment Solicitor (2 - 5 years PQE) Boutique London Firm
\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded boutique London firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer looking to develop their career within a close-knit team, working directly alongside an experienced Partner on a broad range of high-quality matters.
\nThe successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied employment caseload, acting for both employers and employees across a range of sectors, with the opportunity to support the firm’s corporate team on transactional matters.
\nThe Role:

- Working closely alongside an experienced Partner on a broad range of employment matters. \n
- Advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. \n
- Handling matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, grievances, disciplinary processes, settlement agreements, employment contracts and policies. \n
- Supporting on employment tribunal claims and dispute resolution. \n
- Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE transfers, employment due diligence and M&A support. \n
- Advising both employer and employee clients, providing practical and commercially focused advice. \n
- Developing strong client relationships and building technical expertise within a supportive boutique environment. \n
The Candidate:

- A circa 2 - 5 year PQE Employment Solicitor. \n
- Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. \n
- Experience supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE transfers, employment due diligence or other M&A-related employment work. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. \n
- A motivated lawyer looking for quality work and genuine career development within a specialist boutique practice. \n
