Our Planning and Growth team handles development proposals ranging from householder extensions to major housing and commercial schemes, with considerable interest from national housebuilders.Area Planning Officer - The Role:You will join our well-established Development Management team, managing your own caseload of varied planning applications and pre-application enquiries. You will deal with complex minor applications, smaller major schemes for housing and commercial development, and have opportunities to work on interesting and potentially significant developments.
