The firm are looking for a Senior Employment Law Solicitor to join their firm and play a key role in the further development of their department

• Employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including: \n

  • Contracts of employment
  \n
  • Unfair dismissal
  \n
  • Employment tribunals
  \n
  • Redundancy
  \n
  • Settlement agreements
  \n
  • Unfair treatment at work
  \n
  • Discrimination at work
  \n
\n
• Managing a caseload and ensuring financial targets are met
\n
• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
\n
• Marketing and business development and client relationship management
\n

Key skills and experience:

\n
• Qualified solicitor with 4+ experience in dealing with employment matters
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of employment matters
\n
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
\n
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
\n
• An established track record of meeting financial targets
\n
• Experience of mentoring and developing junior colleagues
\n
