Winner Education are working with an SEN/PRU secondary school in Telford who are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role:\n

  • \n

    Support students with SEN and additional needs

    • \n
  • \n

    Provide one-to-one and small group support

    • \n
  • \n

    Assist with learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing

    • \n
  • \n

    Help create a positive and supportive learning environment

    • \n
  • \n

    Work closely with teachers and SEN staff

    • \n
What We're Looking For:\n
    \n
  • \n

    Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous experience working with secondary-aged students

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience supporting SEN or challenging behaviour is desirable

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong behaviour management and communication skills

    • \n
  • \n

    A patient, resilient and supportive approach
