Derby City | Full-Time | Long-Term | Small Groups (SEND & SEMH)

Enlightenment Education are looking for committed Nurture Teachers to work in Derby City SEND and SEMH provisions. These are long-term, full-time roles teaching small groups of pupils with additional needs. Consistency is key, so were looking for teachers who can build strong relationships and provide stability.

The Role\n

    Teaching small groups across KS2KS5

    • \n
  • \n

    Planning and delivering adapted lessons

    • \n
  • \n

    Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and complex needs

    • \n
  • \n

    Creating a calm, structured and nurturing learning environment

    • \n
  • \n

    Working closely with SENCOs, pastoral teams and behaviour leads

    • \n
What Were Looking For\n
    \n
  • \n

    QTS (Primary, Secondary or SEND considered)

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience in SEND, SEMH, AP or small-group teaching

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong behaviour management and relationship-led practice

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to adapt lessons and support varied learning needs

    • \n
  • \n

    Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term work

    • \n
