\nThis role will be within ourMeteringteam, youll join the leading provider of metering services and data collection in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.\n
\nOur meter engineers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored. We leverage our industry expertise and data insight capabilities to create solutions that fit the needs of our customers.\n
What will you be doing?\n
\nAs aField Manager, youll lead a team of Data Collectors within a defined geographical area. Your role is all about people, performance and progress-driving operational delivery, safety and engagement while fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and motivated.\n
Youll be responsible for:\n
\nLeading and coaching your team to achieve productivity, quality and customer performance targets\n
\nDriving safety compliance and conducting audits\n
\nManaging engagement through regular check-ins, team briefs and development sessions\n
\nAddressing underperformance and ensuring adherence to processes and standards\n
\nCollaborating with stakeholders to align operational delivery with business strategy\n
\nSupporting wellbeing and inclusion, ensuring every team member has a voice\n
