Head of IT

Our client, a growing technology company, urgently require an experienced Head of IT to join their team on a permanent basis.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

\n
• Experience of leading significant IT initiatives, with ownership of technology outcomes within a SME or growing organisation
\n
• Strong Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud platforms
\n
• Experience of supporting ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus frameworks
\n
• Comfortable in operating at both strategic and hands-on level
\n
• SC Cleared
\n

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

\n
• Ensure the organisations systems tooling and tech services support secure growth
\n
• Shaping and delivering technology roadmap, maintaining a secure and resilient tech environment and enabling adaoption of emerging technologies including AI and automation
\n
• Lead delivery of IT services
\n
• Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day administration of technology platforms
\n
• Ensure employees have the tools, systems and support required to work effectively
\n
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, device life cycle management and user access controls
\n
• Implement opportunities for automation and AI-enabled ways of working
\n
• Manage stakeholder and 3rd party relationships
\n
