Job Description

Our client, a respected and established organisation, is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a small residential tenanted portfolio in Ealing, West London. The successful candidate will have experience in residential property management and social housing, along with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

You will be dealing with the day-to-day property management of residential tenanted portfolios, liaising with Client Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. Ensuring that all activities are in accordance with service level agreements and industry best practice. This role combines private property management, corporate private rental management and social housing. Providing excellent customer service to all parties is the priority in this role.

Duties will involve: -

  • Instructing essential works and compliance testing to meet legislative certification requirements
  • \n
  • Arranging repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
  • \n
  • Monitoring contractors and on-site works
  • \n
  • Carrying out internal mid-term inspections
  • \n
  • Ensuring the properties meet compliance and Health & Safety standards
  • \n
  • Recording and reporting all compliance and maintenance issues
  • \n
  • Working to budgets
  • \n
  • Monitoring lettings performance and void ratios
  • \n
  • Recording and reporting all financial matters
  • \n

You will need: -

    \n
  • Experience in residential property management
  • \n
  • Experience dealing with social housing
  • \n
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • \n
  • ARLA, NFOPP or other relevant industry qualifications and or experience with QUBE, MRI, EVOLUTION or other property management systems would be a distinct advantage.

The working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is required.
