We're hiring! Project Lead -

Transform Your Training works across the UK with charities, public services and corporate organisations to deliver expert, trauma-informed, values-led learning and development. Using our award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, we help individuals, teams and organisations turn learning into lasting change.

We're looking for a Project Lead to provide strategic leadership for our National Careers Adviser CPD Programme - a complex, multi-year programme supporting careers advisers across England.

The programme delivers specialist professional development in SEND, mental health, care experience, alternative provision, future skills, and working with parents and carers. Through online learning, webinars, Action Learning Sets, conferences and peer learning, it helps advisers build confidence, strengthen practice and improve outcomes for young people, particularly those facing barriers to education, employment and opportunity.

As Project Lead, you'll bring together colleagues, facilitators, contributors, partners and stakeholders to deliver a connected, inclusive, high-quality learning experience. You'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring contractual commitments are met while responding to the changing careers landscape and the needs of advisers and the young people they support.

• Lead delivery of an outstanding learning experience across the National Careers Adviser CPD Programme.
\n
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery is aligned, organised and outcome-focused.
\n
• Lead and support Project Coordinators, Administrators, Community staff, Module Leads, facilitators and contributors, ensuring consistency and quality.
\n
• Drive learner recruitment, engagement and community participation.
\n
• Oversee quality assurance, learner experience and continuous improvement.
\n
• Build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders and sector leaders to encourage collaboration and shared learning.
\n
• Monitor programme performance, risks, contractual requirements and reporting, using insight to support decision-making and improvement.
\n
• Contribute to programme governance, implementation planning and long-term development.
\n
• Represent Transform Your Training at meetings, events, conferences and sector forums.
\n

• Has programme, project or contract leadership experience within education, training, careers guidance, employability, workforce development, public sector services or a related sector.
\n
• Has led complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders, partners, contributors or workstreams.
\n
• Has experience of quality assurance, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement.
\n
• Is confident using digital systems and data for planning, reporting, communication and programme delivery.
\n
• Builds strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and partners.
\n
• Can balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
\n
• Communicates with warmth, professionalism and clarity, adapting to different audiences.
\n
• Is proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
\n
• Believes in the power of learning to create positive change and shares our values of integrity, excellence, fairness, collaboration and innovation.

• Has experience of Training 4 Influence, or is willing to complete the qualification with our support
