Product Manager (OMS)

Product Manager (OMS), London/Hybrid, £660/day (Inside IR35)

My client, a leading digital consultancy are working with a very large retail client of theirs who are looking to hire a Product Manager with OMS and retail experience to join on an initial 6 month contract.

Requirements

• 8+ years Product Management experience in Retail, eCommerce or Order Management platforms.

• Deep understanding of OMS, Order Orchestration, Order Lifecycle and Post-Purchase flows.

• Experience defining and managing backlogs for Order Management, Sourcing or Fulfilment capabilities.

• Strong knowledge of different fulfilment models (e.g. Click & Collect, Home Delivery, Marketplace and Drop Ship Vendor (DSV)).

• Experience defining sourcing strategies, inventory allocation rules, and fulfilment optimisation across multiple fulfilment nodes (DC, Store, Supplier and Marketplace).

• Experience managing cross-platform dependencies and integrations across OMS, Commerce, Inventory, Fulfilment, Payments and Customer Service domains.

• Experience working with distributed commerce architectures and highly integrated ecosystems.

• Experience leading discovery, requirements definition, backlog creation and refinement.

• Ability to facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Experience writing epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Strong Agile delivery experience including PI Planning, Sprint Planning and Release Management.

• Experience working with engineering, architects and QA teams throughout delivery.

• Experience managing multi-market or multi-banner retail implementations.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
