This is a fantastic opportunity to design and deliver a market-leading talent and development strategy that helps our people thrive, supports career progression, and builds the leadership capability needed for the future.

What you'll be doing

\n
• Driving the firm's talent, leadership and professional development strategy
\n
• Building development pathways for emerging leaders, managers, senior leaders, partners and future partners
\n
• Identifying high-potential talent and strengthening succession planning
\n
• Leading and evolving our performance management framework, including appraisals, development planning and promotion processes
\n
• Developing commercial, leadership and client-focused capability across the business
\n
• Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing teams
\n
• Embedding future skills, including AI and digital capability, into learning programmes
\n
• Using data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve the development experience
\n

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who brings:

\n
• Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development
\n
• Experience within a professional services environment
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
\n
• A track record of designing and delivering impactful development programmes
\n
• Experience of talent management, succession planning and performance frameworks
\n
• A strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach
\n
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills
\n
