Pre-Pack Line SupervisorJob Title: SupervisorWorking hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, overtime availableJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWages: £14.75 per hour up to 40 hours, overtime availableKey responsibilities:Daily start up and Glass & Plastic sheets done correctly & on time on AFPEnsuring all products from the machine are packed/sealed/with the correct print and traceability and within legal parameters in both weight and qualityMonitor/communicate/report progress, downtime & staffing to Pre-pack Team leaderReport issues to Pre-pack team leader & Maintenance in a timely manner through either face to face or by the Factory groupsPro-actively communicate with staff, Line leaders, Team leaders & ManagersPro-actively support continuous improvementsAlways maintain a high standard of housekeeping & GMPSupport end of shift Hygiene needs by ensuring staff are compliant with the planned "Clean down"Meet all GMP & H&S TargetsFollow and complete the production plan in line with the current bag rates.Take on any other duties as required or what is deemed necessary for the needs of the businessTPBN1_UKTJ
