We are searching for an Adult Clinical Lead Nurse to join an award-winning community complex care provider based in Wolverhampton. As an Adult Clinical Lead you will: \n

- Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs \n
- Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care \n
- Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management \n
- Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages \n
- Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families \n
- \n
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN \n
- Fully competent in tracheostomy & ventilator care \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Have a prior background in a similar clinical setting \n
- Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance \n
