A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its established and growing property team. The Role
\n You will be responsible for managing a varied real estate caseload, including:

  • Acting on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases
    • \n
  • Advising on residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
    • \n
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
    • \n
  • Conducting due diligence, reporting to clients, and liaising with stakeholders such as lenders and agents
    • \n
  • Managing matters from instruction to completion
    • \n
  • Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives
    • \n

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial and/or residential real estate

  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and provide high-quality advice
