Who Are We Looking For?

\n

We need a leader in the classroom. You might be:

\n
    \n
  • A Qualified Secondary Teacher (QTS/QTLS) with SEN experience-or a mainstream teacher ready to specialise.
  • \n
  • A SENCO-in-the-making who wants to deepen their expertise in complex provisions.
  • \n
  • A Subject Specialist (English, Maths, Science, or Humanities) who can adapt their curriculum to meet diverse needs.
  • \n
  • An NQT/ECT with passion, resilience, and a hunger to make a real difference from day one.
  • \n
\n

You MUST have:

    \n
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification.
  • \n
  • Experience or a genuine passion for working with SEN-whether through placements, previous roles, or personal drive.
  • \n
  • The ability to plan, assess, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners with varied abilities.
  • \n
  • The resilience to manage challenging behaviour with empathy and authority.
  • \n
  • The creativity to think on your feet and adapt your teaching to the child in front of you.
  • \n
