Higher Group are delighted to be working with a Hunt Scanlon top 15 firm, currently looking for a Associate or Senior Associate to join their London office reporting directly to the London office & Consumer Practice lead, operating across the US, UK, EMEA & APAC

Despite other firms opinions, this firm is massively oversaturated with live roles, having won 4 new £100k+ Searches this week! You'll be providing support (and being mentored by) a £3million originator, widely known as one of the strongest names in Europe within Consumer.

They are also regarded as an elite developer of talent, with the firms top 3 Billers joining as Associates, now doing £7mn+ each! This ecosystem is built, designed and hard-wired for you to become one of the top headhunters in Consumer. Spanning across Retail, Luxury, Travel, Hospitality, Entertainment, Sport, CPG etc ou'll have a broad & diversified experience, being introduced to clients from day one, the firm believes in developing your client facing skills immediately. While BD or 'origination' is not mandatory, you will never be limited in what you can do.

Required Experience:

• 2 Years Executive Search Experience
\n
• Exposure to Consumer Search is required but can come from a 'cross-sector' background which includes Consumer alongside Technology/FS etc

• High attention to detail and strong learning/retention skills
\n
• Desire to grow and evolve into a collaborative team member
