Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor | London & South East | £44,000-£64,000 + Benefits
\nWe're recruiting for a Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor to join a growing consultancy delivering work across London and the South East.
\nAs a Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor, you'll be carrying out both Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial and high-rise buildings, working with a varied client portfolio and managing your own workload.

£44,000-£58,000 for Level 3 candidates

£58,000-£64,000 for Level 4+ candidates
\n - \n
Additional £4,000 London weighting for eligible London-based candidates
\n - \n
Company car and fuel card
\n - \n
3 days on site, 2 days working from home
\n - \n
6-week training programme
\n - \n
Ongoing training and clear progression route
\n - \n
Existing training commitments potentially paid for
\n - \n
Travel expenses and food allowance for journeys over 2 hours
\n
The successful Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor will have:
\n- \n
- \n
Level 3 or Level 4+ Fire Risk Assessment qualification
\n - \n
2+ years' experience across both Health & Safety and Fire
\n - \n
Experience completing Fire Risk Assessments
\n - \n
Residential, commercial and ideally high-rise building experience
\n - \n
Strong report-writing and client-facing skills
\n - \n
Based in London or the South East with easy access into London
\n
