We are excited to announce a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for this role.
Our organization is in search of a dedicated Full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
SLP Qualifications:Must have graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
Possession of a current SLP License in New York State is required.
Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred; however, new graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Conduct Speech Therapy evaluations and assessments to diagnose residents and formulate treatment plans.
Track residents' progress and modify treatments as necessary.
Document details regarding initial evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and discharge of clients.
Evaluate and report on residents' progress with detailed observations.
Safeguard resident confidentiality by managing sensitive information appropriately.
Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Foster a collaborative environment among healthcare team members.
