Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current SLP license or credential (or eligibility) in California
- Experience working in schools, especially with elementary-aged children, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to both full-time and part-time schedules as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs among elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of around 50 students
- Attend and participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and student evaluations
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress tracking
- Serve as a resource to staff and families for speech-language development
