REGISTERED NURSE

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of residents
• Creating personalized care plans tailored to individual needs
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort for all residents

As part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will assist both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents, engage with families, and adhere to stringent infection control and quality assurance standards.
