You’ll be collaborating closely with educators, families, and specialists to create positive, measurable outcomes for a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students. Required Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP certification (or pending—support in expediting available)
- Active or eligible ESA certification
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based therapy
- Strong skills in collaboration, organization, and written/verbal communication
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for upper elementary and middle school students
- Develop and implement engaging, individualized therapy plans
- Monitor and document student progress, preparing comprehensive reports
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other support staff to maximize outcomes
- Attend relevant IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
