School Speech Language Pathologist - Olympia, WA

With multiple openings at high school, middle school, and elementary levels, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and fellow specialists to provide exceptional speech-language services.

Bring your expertise to a dedicated team for 37.5 hours weekly, fostering student growth and empowerment from September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid or eligible WA Speech-Language Pathology license (assistance to obtain available)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
• Willingness to complete OSPI fingerprinting for Washington schools
• Open to working within high school, middle school, or elementary settings
• Committed to onsite service—remote candidates will not be considered

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language interventions to students individually and in groups
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Engage with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success and advocate for student needs
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school meetings
