Desired Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapy license/certification

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct physical therapy services for students in accordance with IEP/504 plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each child’s individualized goals
- Maintain clear, timely documentation on student progress and therapy sessions
- Deliver consultative support and resources to staff and caregivers
- Help facilitate inclusive participation for students with physical challenges within the classroom and school activities
