Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Salem, NJ
Job Description

Working with a diverse pediatric population, you will address a wide range of communication disorders and collaborate with educators and families to empower each student’s growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as required for school-based practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also considered
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings is a plus
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and strategies
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Compassion and commitment to helping children succeed academically and socially
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver speech-language therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams
- Work proactively with teachers and caregivers to support student outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
