Working with a diverse pediatric population, you will address a wide range of communication disorders and collaborate with educators and families to empower each student’s growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure as required for school-based practice
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also considered
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings is a plus
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and strategies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Compassion and commitment to helping children succeed academically and socially

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver speech-language therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams
  • Work proactively with teachers and caregivers to support student outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
