Job Opportunity: BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Our organization is in search of a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to spearhead exceptional ABA services for children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs.
• Develop and oversee tailored treatment plans for individuals.
• Analyze data to monitor progress and make informed adjustments.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
• Work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high clinical and ethical standards throughout all interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience in providing ABA services, particularly with children and young adults.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
