A Locum Tenens Otolaryngologist Is Needed in CO

• On-call Schedule: One week per month, from Monday 7 AM to the following Monday 7 AM (24-hour call)
• Patient Load: Average of 3 patients, 3 admissions, 3 ICU patients, and 3 surgeries daily
• Call Coverage: Hospital-based, with no practice call involved
• Caseload Composition: 90% surgical and 10% non-surgical
• Procedures Required: General ENT procedures including endoscopy, laryngoscopy, tracheotomy, and thyroidectomy, along with facial surgery and facial implants
• Trauma Caseload: 10%
• Patient Demographic: Primarily adult patients (90%)

• Pay Rate: Ranges from $175.00 to $250.00 per hour
• Payment Structure: Weekly deposits, with rates reflecting a combination of base pay and potential additional earnings such as overtime, call, and holiday pay
