LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse to provide essential nursing care to patients in their residences. This position is primarily field-based and involves a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting patient assessments
• Administering medications
• Providing care for wounds and catheters
• Monitoring patient progress under the guidance of registered nurses and physicians

In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for documenting patient information in our electronic medical records (EMR), educating both patients and their families, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, recovery, and independence.
