Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-age students
- Understanding of pediatric language disorders, AAC, and IEP development
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Background in healthcare-related SLP is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic assessments and therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and interventions
- Provide education and resources to families and faculty as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and actively contribute to student support strategies
