Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
  • Experience providing speech/language therapy and assessments in a K–12 school setting
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Lead or participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
  • Use evidence-based practices to support students’ academic and social success
  • Provide resources and education for staff and caregivers to promote carryover of skills
  • Contribute positively to the school community and support district goals for student development
