Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current School Psychologist certification/license for North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Background in conducting student assessments, evaluations, and behavioral observations in a K-12 setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes, RTI/MTSS frameworks, and best practices in intervention strategies
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but open to recent graduates with relevant internship experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological and academic assessments for a diverse K-12 student population
• Provide direct support and consultation to students, teachers, and parents regarding academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional concerns
• Participate in eligibility meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to inform educational planning and interventions
• Assist teams with intervention planning and progress monitoring for students requiring specialized supports
• Maintain detailed and confidential student records in line with state and federal guidelines
