As a dedicated School Psychologist, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support both the academic and emotional development of children. This contract position is a backfill opportunity, so your expertise will play an essential role in ensuring continuity of services.

Your background in psychological assessment and intervention, paired with compassionate insight, will help address the diverse needs of students while guiding educational best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Demonstrated experience working within a school-based environment (preferred)
  • Proficiency with assessment tools, data interpretation, and educational planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering collaborative relationships with staff, students, and families

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
  • Consult with teachers, counselors, and parents on student progress and well-being
  • Provide crisis intervention, behavioral support, and counseling services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to holistic planning for student success
