Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Experience in school settings preferred, especially working with PreK-8th grade
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy to varying age groups and needs
- Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Deep commitment to student success and individualized support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver evidence-based speech/language therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation following district and professional standards
- Provide direct and consultative services to meet diverse student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
