A Facility in NM Seeks a Locums Urologist

• Schedule: Hybrid work from Monday to Friday, including half-day clinic or elective operating room shifts along with inpatient responsibilities.
• On-call Requirements: 24-hour call on weekends, focusing solely on inpatient coverage.
• Consultation Volume: Expect 5 to 10 phone consultations daily, with 3 to 5 during each 24-hour call period.
• Patient Demographics: Primarily adult patients, with very few pediatric cases.
• Coverage: Both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, including active consults and rounding.
• Admissions: Managed by hospitalists, so no direct admissions are required.
• Specialty Requirements: General and adult urology are essential, with a preference for robotic and laparoscopic skills. Experience in pediatric urology and advanced endoscopic techniques is also desirable.
